My name is Conni Corona and I am a REALTOR® in Modesto, CA. I started in Property Management in 1998 by managing a small apartment complex. Along the years I worked at all types of communities such as small tax credit to luxury, high-end. I worked as a Leasing Agent, Leasing Manager, Property Manager, and Director of Property Management. Consistently, I was finding people homes that met their needs and expectations. I was always an expert with the market and competition. More than two decades later, I am still doing these things and helping people follow their dreams. Knowing the market is what allows me to price your home to sell and my attention for detail to set you apart from the competition.

In 2004 I started my Real Estate journey. I purchased my very first home with a good job, a growing family, and a dream. I was young, didn’t know what I was getting into, and didn’t care. I just knew that I wanted that home. By 2008, like many people, was in the middle of the housing market crash and lost my home.

I was devastated, didn’t know what to do, so I rented houses that were paying the majority if not all of someone else's mortgage. After some time passed on, we were able to rise above and worked with great people who gave us the knowledge and influence to do the right things and once again be homeowners. Since then we have been able to buy, sell, and become investors.
